The administrative team is the backbone of every TCG project. You are the first voice a customer hears when they call, and the person who makes sure a $400,000 municipal cabling job has every certificate, permit, and closeout document exactly where it needs to be. This role suits someone highly organized who likes variety and takes ownership of details others miss.
$20.00 – $27.00 per hour, based on experience and construction-office background. Reviewed with you during the interview process.
When a customer’s network goes down, ServicePAK is the promise that someone shows up. Service Technicians are TCG’s most senior troubleshooters — you work independently, diagnose problems others couldn’t, and represent the company in front of the customer without a supervisor standing next to you. It’s the role for a technician who would rather solve five different problems in a week than pull cable on the same job for a month.
$28.00 – $38.00 per hour, based on experience and certifications held, plus overtime and on-call premium pay.
This is where most TCG careers start, and where our workmanship reputation is actually made. Installation Technicians build the physical infrastructure — pathway, cable, terminations, and racks — to manufacturer-certified standards that carry our Lifetime Guarantee. We hire for reliability and attitude and we train the skills. If you show up, work clean, and want to learn a trade, there is a clear path from here to Lead Technician and beyond.
$19.00 – $28.00 per hour. Entry-level starts at the lower end with paid training; certified installers start higher. Overtime available.
TCG’s A/V work spans city council chambers, emergency operations centers, plant-wide paging and mass notification, training rooms, and conference spaces. This role blends clean install craftsmanship with commissioning and configuration — you’ll hang the display and dial in the DSP, then hand a working system to the customer and show them how to use it.
$24.00 – $34.00 per hour, based on experience and certifications (AVIXA, Dante, manufacturer), plus overtime and on-call premium pay.
TCG Project Managers own a job from award through closeout: the schedule, the budget, the crew, the general contractor relationship, and the customer’s confidence. Our work is frequently in occupied, mission-critical facilities — water treatment plants, hospitals, airports, active manufacturing floors — where a poorly planned cutover is not an option. We’re looking for someone who plans ahead, communicates early, and doesn’t let problems age.
$80,000 – $110,000 per year, based on experience, certifications, and project portfolio.
