586-765-0770Mirackle LED. NovaStar control. Engineered, installed and supported by TCG.
From a single boardroom canvas to a stadium-scale outdoor wall, TCG designs the display, engineers the structure and power behind it, integrates the NovaStar control system, calibrates it on site, and supports it for the life of the install - as one contractor, under one guarantee.
Most LED wall projects fail at the seams between trades - the display vendor blames the electrician, the electrician blames the structural contractor, and the customer owns the gap. TCG carries the whole scope: display engineering, steel and mounting, power and data, NovaStar integration, calibration, and long-term service.
Sightline analysis, pixel pitch selection, canvas sizing, brightness modeling for the actual ambient light in your space, and a cabinet layout drawing you can hand to a general contractor.
Indoor and outdoor cabinets from P1.25 through P5 in 500x500, 640x480, 500x1000 and 960x960 formats - U.S.-stocked, front-serviceable, with a spare allocation quoted alongside the wall.
COEX-series processors sized to your canvas, receiving-card mapping, source switching, scaling and layering, all configured in NovaStar VMP and documented before handover.
Wall-mount, floor-stand, ground-support and hanging-bar configurations - engineered for the real load, coordinated with your structural contractor, and installed to code.
Dedicated circuits sized to peak draw, redundant fiber and Cat6A runs from processor to wall, and the structured cabling backbone behind it - the work TCG has done in Michigan for 15 years.
Module-level brightness and color matching, seam alignment, gamma and color-temperature tuning to the room, redundancy testing, operator training and full configuration documentation.
Indoor cabinets run 1,000-1,500 nits - bright enough for a daylit lobby without washing out a boardroom. The 7680 Hz options are the ones to specify anywhere a camera will be pointed at the wall.

Max power is peak draw per cabinet at full white; typical content averages well below it. TCG sizes circuits to manufacturer maximum. Specifications are current at time of publication and confirmed against the factory sheet on every quote.
Outdoor cabinets are built for sunlight readability and sealed against dust, moisture and road grime. Every outdoor series in the line is front-serviceable, which will matter more than any spec on this page the first time a module fails forty feet up.

Outdoor brightness and IP rating are specified per project against the mounting orientation and sun exposure at your site. TCG confirms both in writing before order.
The controller is what separates a wall that looks broadcast-grade from one that looks like a scoreboard. TCG specifies from the NovaStar COEX line, sized to your canvas with headroom to expand, and configures the whole system in NovaStar Vision Management Platform so it can be monitored and adjusted after we leave.
All COEX-series controllers run on NovaStar Vision Management Platform (VMP) for unified configuration, calibration and remote monitoring. TCG hands over the VMP project file and credentials at commissioning - you own your system.
A display wall that goes dark during a shareholder meeting, a shift change or a Friday night game is a business problem, not an AV problem. TCG builds failure tolerance into every system we install.
Pixel pitch is the single decision that drives most of your budget. Specify tighter than the room needs and you overspend by six figures on a large canvas; specify looser and viewers see the grid. Use this as a starting frame - TCG measures your actual sightlines before quoting.
