One Contractor. Panel to Pixel.

Most LED wall projects fail at the seams between trades - the display vendor blames the electrician, the electrician blames the structural contractor, and the customer owns the gap. TCG carries the whole scope: display engineering, steel and mounting, power and data, NovaStar integration, calibration, and long-term service.

What TCG Delivers

Display Design & Engineering

Sightline analysis, pixel pitch selection, canvas sizing, brightness modeling for the actual ambient light in your space, and a cabinet layout drawing you can hand to a general contractor.

Mirackle Panel Supply

Indoor and outdoor cabinets from P1.25 through P5 in 500x500, 640x480, 500x1000 and 960x960 formats - U.S.-stocked, front-serviceable, with a spare allocation quoted alongside the wall.

COEX-series processors sized to your canvas, receiving-card mapping, source switching, scaling and layering, all configured in NovaStar VMP and documented before handover.

Structural Mounting & Rigging

Wall-mount, floor-stand, ground-support and hanging-bar configurations - engineered for the real load, coordinated with your structural contractor, and installed to code.

Power & Data Infrastructure

Dedicated circuits sized to peak draw, redundant fiber and Cat6A runs from processor to wall, and the structured cabling backbone behind it - the work TCG has done in Michigan for 15 years.

Calibration & Commissioning

Module-level brightness and color matching, seam alignment, gamma and color-temperature tuning to the room, redundancy testing, operator training and full configuration documentation.

Mirackle Indoor LED Panels

Indoor cabinets run 1,000-1,500 nits - bright enough for a daylit lobby without washing out a boardroom. The 7680 Hz options are the ones to specify anywhere a camera will be pointed at the wall.

Max power is peak draw per cabinet at full white; typical content averages well below it. TCG sizes circuits to manufacturer maximum. Specifications are current at time of publication and confirmed against the factory sheet on every quote.

Mirackle Outdoor LED Panels

Outdoor cabinets are built for sunlight readability and sealed against dust, moisture and road grime. Every outdoor series in the line is front-serviceable, which will matter more than any spec on this page the first time a module fails forty feet up.

Outdoor brightness and IP rating are specified per project against the mounting orientation and sun exposure at your site. TCG confirms both in writing before order.

NovaStar Control Systems

The controller is what separates a wall that looks broadcast-grade from one that looks like a scoreboard. TCG specifies from the NovaStar COEX line, sized to your canvas with headroom to expand, and configures the whole system in NovaStar Vision Management Platform so it can be monitored and adjusted after we leave.

All COEX-series controllers run on NovaStar Vision Management Platform (VMP) for unified configuration, calibration and remote monitoring. TCG hands over the VMP project file and credentials at commissioning - you own your system.

Redundancy Is Not an Upgrade. It Is the Design.

A display wall that goes dark during a shareholder meeting, a shift change or a Friday night game is a business problem, not an AV problem. TCG builds failure tolerance into every system we install.

  • Dual power feeds on critical canvases
  • Redundant fiber paths to the processor
  • Backup receiving-card mapping
  • Hot-spare panel allocation on site
  • Remote health monitoring via VMP
  • 24/7 ServicePAK dispatch

Choosing Your Pixel Pitch

Pixel pitch is the single decision that drives most of your budget. Specify tighter than the room needs and you overspend by six figures on a large canvas; specify looser and viewers see the grid. Use this as a starting frame - TCG measures your actual sightlines before quoting.

P1.25 - P1.564 - 6 ft

Control rooms, NOC walls, broadcast sets, XR volumes, executive boardrooms

P1.86 - P1.996 - 8 ft

How a TCG LED Project Runs

Site Survey

We measure the space, the sightlines, the ambient light, the available power and the structure that has to carry the load.

Design & Quote

Pitch, canvas size, cabinet layout, controller selection, structural approach and spare allocation - priced line by line, no bundled mystery.

Structure & Power

Mounting engineered and installed, dedicated circuits pulled, fiber and copper run to the processor location.

Panel Installation

Cabinets hung and aligned to tolerance, data and power chains dressed, seams set flat across the full canvas.

Commissioning

Calibration, color and gamma matching, source configuration in VMP, redundancy testing and operator training.

Ongoing Service

ServicePAK coverage, remote monitoring, spare-panel management and on-site response for the life of the system.

Frequently Asked Questions

The practical rule is that the tightest comfortable viewing distance in feet is roughly equal to the pixel pitch in millimeters - a P2.5 panel looks clean from about 8 feet, a P1.25 panel from about 4. TCG measures your actual sightlines, seating positions and content type during the site survey and specifies the pitch from that, not from a catalog default. Buying tighter pitch than your room needs is the most common way LED projects overspend.
Mirackle stocks its panel line in the United States, which means replacement cabinets and spare modules are days away rather than months. NovaStar is the control platform the majority of the professional LED market is built around, so the processing, calibration and monitoring tooling is mature and well supported. Together they let TCG stand behind a system long after the install crew leaves.
Both. LED walls are heavy, they concentrate load on a small footprint, and they draw serious power on inrush. TCG engineers the mounting structure, coordinates the steel or wall reinforcement, pulls the dedicated circuits, and runs the fiber and Cat6A back to the processor. That single-contractor approach is why there is no coordination gap between the low-voltage trade and the display vendor.
Module-level brightness and color calibration across the full canvas, seam alignment, gamma and color-temperature matching to the room, content scaling and source configuration in NovaStar VMP, redundancy testing on the data path, and hands-on training for whoever runs the wall day to day. We document every setting and leave you the configuration files.
LED walls fail one module at a time, not all at once. TCG recommends a spare-panel allocation sized to the wall as part of every quote, and ServicePAK covers on-site diagnosis and swap. Because every cabinet in the Mirackle line is front-serviceable, most repairs happen without taking the structure apart or renting a lift.
Yes. TCG is based in Clinton Township and works throughout Michigan - Macomb, Oakland and Wayne counties routinely, and statewide for utility, municipal, education and manufacturing clients. Service response times vary by distance and are set explicitly in your ServicePAK agreement.
