ServicePAK FAQs

ServicePAK clients receive priority dispatch. For emergency calls, our goal is to have a technician on-site within 4 hours for facilities in our primary service area (Macomb, Wayne, Oakland counties). We set realistic response commitments based on your location during the service agreement.
ServicePAK covers all TCG-installed systems — structured cabling, fiber optic infrastructure, outdoor wireless and private LTE, PA and paging systems, access control, AMI/AMR metering, and audio-visual systems. Coverage for existing infrastructure installed by others is available on a case-by-case basis following a system assessment.
ServicePAK is structured as a service agreement with a fixed annual or monthly fee covering the defined scope of services. Emergency response calls, preventative maintenance visits, and priority scheduling are all included. Material costs for replacement components are billed separately at ServicePAK contract pricing.
Preventative maintenance visits include: cable plant visual inspection and spot testing, wireless link performance review and alignment check, PA system zone testing and amplifier health check, access control credential and reader audit, and documentation update. Findings are summarized in a written report delivered after each visit.
For ServicePAK clients, yes — on a case-by-case basis following an initial site assessment. We'll review the existing system documentation, assess the condition and supportability of the equipment, and determine what coverage we can offer. New TCG installations are always eligible for ServicePAK.
