586-765-0770TCG designs and deploys outdoor wireless networks — point-to-point building bridges, point-to-multipoint campus backhaul, and remote site connectivity — using Cambium Networks and Proxim Wireless platforms, engineered for reliability in Michigan's climate.
Every outdoor wireless link TCG deploys starts with path analysis, link budget calculation, and Fresnel zone verification — before any equipment is specified.
High-throughput wireless links connecting two buildings — across a parking lot, between a remote facility and your main campus, or over a right-of-way where trenching isn't feasible. Licensed and unlicensed spectrum. 100 Mbps to multiple Gbps.
A single base station connecting multiple remote sites, field locations, or distributed sensors. Ideal for utility substations, meter reading collection points, and rural campus locations.
Multi-AP mesh topologies for outdoor coverage across large campuses, parking areas, athletic fields, and industrial yards — without running cable to every location. Managed through Cambium cnMaestro.
Wireless backhaul for AMI/AMR smart meters, environmental sensors, and SCADA outstations where wired connectivity isn't practical. Low-latency, high-reliability links for OT traffic.
All outdoor installations use appropriately rated enclosures, mounting hardware, and antennas specified for Michigan weather — ice loading, wind rating, thermal cycling, and moisture intrusion all accounted for.
We don't guess at wireless coverage. Every outdoor link is engineering-planned — path analysis, Fresnel zone clearance, interference survey, and link budget verified before equipment ships.
Five geographically dispersed substations needed connectivity to a central operations center — without fiber installation costs across rural right-of-way. TCG designed a licensed-band PtMP wireless topology using Cambium Networks equipment, with a base station at the operations center serving each substation. All link budgets and Fresnel zones calculated before any equipment was ordered.
Result: 50 Mbps+ throughput to each substation, sub-5ms latency, 99.9%+ uptime over 18 months. SCADA traffic isolated on dedicated VLAN with QoS enforced at every node.
Site surveys and feasibility assessments are offered at no charge. Tell us about your locations and we'll assess the link at no obligation.
